Nioka Solutions is a progressive, Indigenous-owned NDIS disability service provider. With a whole-of-community approach, we aim to enhance social value and create opportunities for success within our communities. For years, we have empowered individuals with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
Recognising the challenges faced by people with disabilities, our team of passionate individuals are dedicated to making a meaningful difference. We respect that every person is unique and offer tailored services to provide the highest level of personalised care and assistance, promoting independence and dignity for our clients. Whether it's NDIS assistance, skill development, respite, domestic aid, personal care, or social support, we provide personalised care to promote independence and dignity. We also understand that navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming. That's why we offer specialised support services, including support coordination and recovery coaching, to help individuals maximise their plans.
At Nioka Solutions, cultural sensitivity is at the heart of what we do. Our team is dedicated, experienced and culturally sensitive to ensure that we deliver culturally appropriate support. Our focus on Indigenous disability services sets us apart. We honour Indigenous beliefs and traditions and understand the significance of culture and country for First Nations Peoples. Our commitment extends beyond merely providing services to our Mob. We believe in the power of storytelling and healing to help individuals overcome trauma and reclaim their lives. We are deeply invested in building strong and vibrant Indigenous communities across Tweed Heads, and its surrounding areas.
